Oliver Starr is a serial entrepreneur, blogger and former professional cyclist. He was the founding author of the MobileCrunch blog for the TechCrunch Network, and is currently working with GTD Times to help launch the new GTD Times web site. Previously, Oliver has founded two Internet start-ups; a database company used for pharmaceutical development and a consumer health products company that sold supplements online and in thousands of retail locations. Oliver is also one of the more influential and informed authors on mobile applications having profiled some 300 of them for MobileCrunch. While personally new to David Allen’s Getting Things Done system, Oliver saw first hand how effective it was while working with his close friend and GTD Guru, Marc Orchant. Oliver also has a personal blog called StarrTrek for those interested in his other works.

In addition to helping curate and edit the GTD Times web site, Oliver will also be contributing stories on his experiences as a GTD newbie as well as articles, reviews and how to’s related to mobile devices, miscellaneous gadgets and Web 2.o applications.
