GTD Using iPhone Native Apps

Is it possible to use your iPhone for GTD using only iPhone native applications? A clever presentation by iPhone Organized proves that it’s not only doable, but simple and efficient. In fact, with some very minor modifications, it seems to me that this approach could actually work on a large number of mobile phones. Here’s the video so you can see for yourself. Enjoy:

This looks incredibly complicated. I’m not sure how a system like this would scale.
Crazy, but there are a lot of apps to choose from now. I use Things, which I like quite a lot. There was something missing for me in most apps, though, so I decided to try my hand at making a GTD companion iPhone app (http://www.loufranco.com/habits).
It’s for things you want to do consistently, but not at an exact time. They aren’t exactly to-do’s and they aren’t recurring events in your calendar. It’s things like going to the gym every 2 to 3 days, calling your Mom every weekend — things like that. I had written an internal web app to do this, but it’s much easier to use as a native iPhone app.
