Vista and GTD? Here are five resources courtesy of Geekrepreneur

vista.jpgGeekrepreneur has listed five of what they consider to be the best GTD resources running under Windows Vista. If you’re a Vista user you might just want to cruise on over and have a look at why they like the following applications:

SimpleGTD

ThinkingRock

FusionDesk

Tudumo

43 Folders

We’ll be doing our own review of some of these applications in the not too distant future.

  1. 43folders.com is a great resource–Merlin Mann rules–but it’s not an application. Just FYI.

  2. This article really drives home the point that there is such a lack of good desktop GTD applications for Windows (XP or Vista).

  3. Where is the 43folders.com application download? ;)

The original article says “Buy 43 Folders” which doesn’t run in Vista… it’s paper!

  4. Come on guys! Do you really think I don’t know that 43 Folders is an approach, not software? Even if I was that lost the article spells it out. You’ll note that the title says “resources” not downloads, right?

The article says “buy 43 folders” because that’s what you need to do; literally go out and buy 43 folders!

  5. 43 Folders is a reference to the 43 folders you would need to setup the Tickler file David talks about in the book. It’s a way to incubate actions.
