Michael Sliwinski from Nozbe has another one of his quick, two-minute productivity videos up for us to enjoy. Michael has kindly notified us first so GTDTimes is once again the first site to be airing this video. Are you ready to learn about In-boxes?

Hi Michael,
Nice video!
Thanks for sharing the inbox information.
I personally use, the same portable Inbox that can be taken back to home and also can put stuff from home to put it in office.
At workplace, I have one big file with various sections in it to store information. This one is to store processed information for future reference.
In my computer, I have “Download” folder to store personal stuff, downloads for immediate use. And same way “ToCheck” folder for work related things.
I move stuff out of these two folders as soon as I am finish with its immediate use, and also periodically I clean them.
Thanks.
Good tip with the _Inbox folder. My biggest problem is not processing the inboxes regulalry though, so I can’t wait for the next episode
Oh, I have 1 inbox in my backpack, 1 at home desk, and for tasks - in an ‘application of choice’
Obviously my Mac ‘downloads’ folder is one too, so I have to start using it as one.
