Success Making Machine has posted a very concise overview of GTD that you might want to print out and keep handy - both to keep yourself primed on the processes that make up GTD but also to share with friends and co-workers saving you from having to explain the steps to practicing GTD over and over again.  While both I and the author acknowledge there’s far more to GTD than just this quick list, it nevertheless can be used as a handy guide that really does take less than two minutes to read when you need a refresher.
