Glad you got value from the video. We think they are great, since they talk about the GTD approach, not just how to use the software.  You would likely need administrator access if you are not allowed to install anything on your own. It is an install file that you need to run, but setup is usually quick and easy. It should not affect anything with your server, but you may want to check that with Netcentrics, the developers of the software.</description>
