As far as being a newbie, the GTD Getting Started &amp; Refresher Series on Connect is great to get GTD off the ground.  It breaks up implementation into 16 different chunks.

As for a particular Webinar about being repelled by your lists, the one Meg Edwards and I did on Procrastination tackles exactly what you describe. The free trial to Connect will get you access to it. It&#039;s listed on the home page of GTD Connect under Watch the Archives.  http://www.gtdconnect.com
