As many of you know, David is an enthusiastic fan of Lotus Notes with eProductivity. Here’s a 4 minute video of the transformation of an executive David coached who implemented GTD along with eProductivity (and the amazing ripple effect that also had on his direct reports.)

Wow you talk fast. I’m not sure I can listen that fast!
Would have been nice to hear the actual executive give a brief testamonial to supplement David’s summary.
Hi Ken — yes, I know what you mean. While we don’t have a testimonial from that particular executive, here are some others that may be of interest.

Do these principles apply if you do not use Lotus Notes? If so, how? (Thx)

Absolutely. Everything David describes this executive doing are black belt GTD behaviors described in the Getting Things Done book. He’s just saying that eProductivity accelerates it–but no software makes or breaks GTD. It’s all what you put into it and apply consistently to the tools you use.

Is this executive a GTD Connect member? Any chance we could contact him for advice? I’m a health care executive experiencing the same email pressures and would love to be able to network on this issue.
Paul — my suggestion would be that you post your questions or situations on the Connect forum. If this executive monitors the forum he’ll have the opportunity to answer. If not, there are others who may have a helpful perspective.
