How much interruption do you allow? How much choice do you have in that? Is your answer different after you read this quote?

Yes and no. Interruption is not a phone ringing, but answering phone ringing, okay. But if someone comes into your office, this is clearly an interruption, even if you tell him or her to defer until later.
