Nice post, Scott.Time management is, after all, comomn sense.The huge difference between productivity rockstars and average people is that the first develop some sort of system (more or less formal) to manage their workflow, often supported by dedicated tools.For example, when dealing with complex projects (= series of tasks), I find very useful using mind maps to help me break the desired outcome into little tasks.
