Question: Do you review your lists/@folders everyday in the AM, decide what you are going to do, and then leave them, or constantly flip through them? I only ask because I have 11 separate pages of lists (calls, computer, at home office, and so on).
David Allen’s Answer: You need to review everything on your lists as often as you need to, to feel comfortable about whatever you’re doing, to trust that you’re not missing something that you should be doing instead. I’ve met some people who look thru their digital lists and make a 3×5 card hand-written list of the hottest items, and work from that during the day! Do whatever you need to do, to get confident about your choices.
