They will lead participants through a series of insightful questions that David Allen created to inspire, challenge and acknowledge.

This will be the last webinar for 2010, finishing up a banner year of webinars for our GTD Connect members.  We did over 20 webinars this year, including 6 in our “Black Belt” series for more advanced GTDers, tactical webinars on tools such as Outlook and Lotus Notes, and hands-on “labs” with David helping people through the fundamentals of making decisions on their stuff.  As a member, you can access all of these in the media library and even take them on the go to watch offline (downloads not available for guest pass members, sorry!).We have many new exciting webinars coming in 2011, including one on OmniFocus.

We wish you all the best.

What Tim gets out of GTD Connect

By now, many of you have heard of GTD Connect–our online learning center. We wanted to share a great video from one of our members about what he gets out of his Connect membership.  Here’s what Tim, a pastor, had to say:

GTD Connect is $480 a year (one year commitment) or $48 a month (cancel anytime).  We also offer a generous discount for non-profits, government/military, and education of only $360 per year for unlimited access.  Please email us at connect@davidco.com from the account that qualifies you for the discounted rate, and we’ll send you a special link to become a member.

As we start a New Year, give yourself the gift of GTD Connect.  We wish you all the best!

The next Webinar on GTD Connect, the online learning center for the David Allen Company, will be “Maintaining Control & Perspective in the Daily Grind.” It will be held on Friday, October 15th from 10am-11am Pacific Time.

If you feel like your productivity gets hindered by latest and loudest or you don’t feel in control or have as much perspective as you’d like, this one is for you.  Open to all GTD Connect subscribers (annual, monthly or guest pass).  This is part of the advanced “Black Belt” series running through October, for those who have the basics of GTD down and are ready for more of the sophisticated spins on GTD.

If you can’t make the live event, our webinars are always recorded for replay on the GTD Connect website.  Learn more

A member shares about GTD Connect

We received this letter from Bruce, about his recent experience with GTD Connect:

I joined GTD Connect a week or two ago, and I’m discovering that it is an excellent resource. The amount of content is awesome, and you have developed an active community. (Initially I thought: $48/month is a lot of money. Now I realize it’s worth it.)

I read Getting Things Done about three years ago, and although much of it made sense, I missed a lot of it. I’m now reading Making It All Work, reading articles on GTD Connect, and listening to Connect webinars, and I’m developing a much deeper understanding of GTD and how to apply it.

Thanks!
Bruce

How to dig out from your backlog

Two of our Senior Coaches, Leslie Harradine and Kelly Forrister, are doing another one-hour Webinar on Digging Out From Backlog.
